The rendevouz position is:

56-42,5N - 008-07E > 1 nm west of the Racon approach buoy.

ETA's to be forwarded as early as possible and updated 18hrs and 6hrs before rendevouz. Please note: In case of waiting time for the supply boat due to delay in the 6hrs ETA - a surcharge will apply. 

Call on VHF ch.16/12 (MMSI:             ) Supply boat "Sofie Larsen" 2 hrs before arrival.

Generally it is preferred that the goods are hauled on the vessels parallelbody i.e. midships (hose crane). The transfer will take place whilst underway. A speed of approx. 4 knts on a course of approx. 30deg from the wind eye is preferred.

If your vessel is landing goods, please ensure that the goods is clearly marked with adress, and that a proforma invoice for customs use is attached.

In case of bad weather vessels with max. draft of 8mtrs and max. 140m LOA can enter the Thyboron Kanal. Compulsery pilotage for tankers, recommended for all vessels.
