Thyboron is situated on the North Sea coast of Denmark - on the direct track to/from the English Channel and ARA (Amsterdam-Rotterdam Area) to the Baltic and the Oslo/Porsgrunn Area. Larsen Launch is simply your first launch service choice when approaching Scandinavia AND your last chance when leaving Scandinavia.
Company ProfileLarsen Launch is founded by Lars Viberg Larsen, Master Mariner with 20 years experience in various tankers. (LPG, Chemical and Oil). The Owner is now pilot in the privat pilotage company Danish Pilot Service - Limfjord Pilot P/S, whilst ex. fishing skippers with lifelong sea experience are looking after the business. The reason for starting the boat service off Thyboron was that it was felt that the Geographic position was ideal - on the main route between The English Channel and Scandinavian waters (Oslo area and Baltic). Also it was felt that it would be a excellent supplement to existing services with regards to attending service personnel. Thyboron road is also a good position for vessels awaiting orders - halfway between the Baltic and the Channel Area.
